The City of Three Way currently has several projects that began in spring of 2009.

Phase I of the Municipal development project is complete

This phase includes a 60 ft x 60 ft equipment building to house the city's street and maintenance trucks, tractors, mowers, and other equipment. The building is centered in a fenced maintenance yard. The entrance to the yard connects to Three Way Lane. This project is now complete.

 

Phase II of the Municipal development project is complete

Pine Hill Park
This phase includes a city park with walking trail and pavilion. The walking trail has various routes, the outer most route being one-third mile. Decorative lighting is installed along the trail. The pavilion has restrooms, picnic tables, and adjoining grills.The lake at the rear of the park has a fountain. Park benches are placed at various intervals along the walking trail. Additional picnic tables are located at several locations inside the park. A paved drive from Three Way Lane leads to a circle drive with parking.

Playground Equipment
In June of 2011, playground equipment was added at Pine Hill Park. Two play structures, one for ages 2-5 and another for ages 5-12, were installed. Two swing bays were also included in this project.
